This policy describes what actually happens to information when you use AstroCalculatorPro today, and what would change if advertising were introduced later.
Birth details
Your name, birth date, time and location are processed locally in your browser's memory to calculate results. They are not saved and are not sent to our server. Reloading or closing the tab discards them.
City search
When you type in the city field, your search text is sent to the Open-Meteo geocoding service, which uses GeoNames data. As with any web request, that service receives your IP address and standard browser information. Manual coordinates are not sent anywhere.
Google Fonts
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser request information (such as user agent and referring page) when the page loads.
Hosting and technical records
Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, device and browser details, request logs and security records to deliver and protect the site. We do not set a fixed retention period for these records ourselves; they are handled under the provider's practices.
Cookies and similar technologies
The calculator does not use cookies, local storage or similar persistent storage for your birth details. The optional contact form keeps your draft in memory until you leave or reload the page. Opening your email app places the draft under that app's privacy settings; this website does not receive a delivery receipt.
Advertising and analytics
Google AdSense is prepared as a disabled component but is not currently enabled. Google Analytics is not installed. The current site does not load advertising scripts or set advertising cookies.
If advertising is enabled in future, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on those visits. Before any advertising runs for visitors in the UK, EEA or Switzerland, we would use a Google-certified consent management platform to ask for consent. Visitors in US states with privacy laws would be offered applicable opt-outs, and Global Privacy Control signals would be honoured where required. Visitors in Canada would be asked for consent as relevant law requires. Your choices would be available on the privacy preferences page.
Contact messages
If you email us at primeviibe@gmail.com, your message and address are kept in the operator's mailbox only as long as needed to respond and handle the request.
A contact message may include your name, email, subject and anything you choose to write. Please do not send identity documents, account passwords, or another person's birth details. Information is used to respond to your request, not to build an advertising profile.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 in the UK where consent would be required. Please do not enter a child's details into the site's contact channels.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your information. Because birth details are never stored, there is usually nothing for us to retrieve. To make a request, use the contact page. For third-party services, contact those providers directly.
Security
We keep processing local wherever possible and load the site over HTTPS, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We will update this page, and the date above, if our practices change.
